Certimon web dashboard

A browser-based view of every SSL certificate you're monitoring. Same domains, same reminders, same Telegram alerts — just easier to manage in bulk.

When to use the dashboard vs the bot

The Telegram bot is the fastest way to add a single domain or react to an alert from your phone. The web dashboard wins when you want to:

  • add or remove a lot of domains at once
  • scan the full list sorted by days remaining
  • tweak reminder windows on multiple domains in one sitting
  • show the SSL coverage to a teammate without sharing your Telegram

Both surfaces talk to the same underlying database, so a change in one is reflected in the other within seconds.

Pairing with your Telegram account

  1. 1. Open @CertimonBot on Telegram and send /start if you haven't already. This registers your account.
  2. 2. Visit app.certimon.com and follow the on-screen prompt to log in via Telegram.
  3. 3. The dashboard immediately shows every domain you've added with /remind. Anything you add in the browser appears in /domains on the bot, and vice versa.

There's no separate password to manage. Telegram is the source of truth for who you are.

Adding a domain in the dashboard

Type the domain in the Add domain field, choose how many days before expiry you want to be warned, and submit. That's the dashboard equivalent of typing /remind example.com 30 into the bot.

To watch the same domain with several reminder windows, repeat the action with different day counts. Each row in the dashboard maps to one (domain, days) pair, exactly like the bot.

Reading the status table

Each row shows one watched domain with the same fields you'd get from /domains on Telegram, plus action buttons for delete:

Column What it means
DomainThe hostname being checked on port 443.
ExpiresSSL certificate expiry date in UTC, plus an at-a-glance status badge (green / yellow / red).
Days leftCalendar days between now and the expiry timestamp.
RemindersEvery reminder window currently set on this domain (one row per window).
Last checkedWhen Certimon last fetched the live certificate. Updates approximately hourly.
ActionsDelete a single reminder window, or remove the whole domain.

Where alerts arrive

Reminders sent by the dashboard land in your Telegram chat with @CertimonBot, just like alerts you set from the bot itself. The dashboard is for management; Telegram is for delivery.

If you ever stop receiving alerts, check that you haven't blocked the bot in Telegram and that your watched domains haven't been silently deleted from the dashboard.

Common questions

Do I need a password to log in?

No. The dashboard authenticates via Telegram, so the same login that gives you access to @CertimonBot gives you access to the dashboard.

Will alerts also go to email?

No — Certimon is intentionally Telegram-first. The whole point is to bypass crowded inboxes and put the alert directly into a chat you'll see.

Is the dashboard free?

Yes — like the bot, it's free for unlimited domains and reminder windows. There's no paid tier.

Can my whole team see the dashboard?

Each Telegram account has its own dashboard view. For team alerting, add the bot to a Telegram group chat — see the small-teams guide for the setup.
